A little about me..

I have been providing psychotherapy for adolescents and adults since 1993. I received my Clinical Psycholosgy Masters degree in Cape Town, and have spent the past fifteen years practicing in South Africa and the USA. I currently work from Saugatuck-Douglas, Michigan (USA).

I became certified as a Professional Life Coach through the International Coach Federation accredited school, the International Coach Academy. I hold their CPC (Certified Professional Coach) certificate. Life Coaching is a wonderful way to set goals (in your personal life, professional life, work, relationships, parenting, health and wellness etc) and achieve them through partnering with a coach trained to keep you motivated and on task.

Coaching over the telpehone and skype enables my Life Coaching clients to be situated all over the USA and the world.
